Our initial interview for the IFMS coaching process is both non-binding and free of charge. During this initial contact, we will discuss your objectives, the involved parties, and the desired timeframe for the IFMS coaching program.

By entering into an agreement, you automatically accept our terms and conditions.

Once we have reached an agreement, we will promptly provide you with the required forms for completion:

Your dedicated coach will be delighted to guide you through your IFMS journey.
As part of the process, we will be providing you with all the necessary forms for the 360-degree feedback. These forms include questionnaires tailored for employees/support staff, patients/clients, colleagues within the department, as well as colleagues outside your professional group. If required, you can customize the forms to suit the needs of your professional group.
In addition, you will receive a questionnaire specifically designed for your personal portfolio and self-assessment.
To ensure consistency, please utilize the forms provided by Centaurius. However, feel free to adapt them as per your profile, professional group, or any other requirements you may have.

On average, six responses are typically sufficient for the feedback process. Once you have completed the forms, kindly return them to us. Once we have received the forms, we will schedule a convenient time for your IFMS coaching interview. The coaching session typically lasts around one hour, and the administration time will depend on the number of feedback forms that need to be processed. On average, the entire process takes approximately two hours, including writing the report.
During the coaching interview, we will collaborate on creating a personalized development plan (PDP). After the session, we will provide you with a summary of the interview and the finalized PDP. Please note that these documents are strictly confidential and intended for your eyes only. Additionally, we will also send you the IFMS participation certificate.

The IFMS participation certificate can be uploaded digitally to MijnRGS.

Other profession with a BIG registration:

Accreditation points may be requested for coaching, please check with your professional association.

We provide the IFMS coaching track for:

-medical specialists, profile doctors and physicians who need an IFMS trajectory for their re-registration.

-or if your branch or employer deems it necessary for you to follow a trajectory aimed at improving the quality of your individual professional conduct as a doctor or (BIG) professional by discussing workenvironmental feedback, your own portfolio and self-reflection in a periodic meeting.

Our prices are lower than those of an average external IFMS agency and we use a single coaching rate for all clients.

An IFMS track with Centaurius costs €185 per hour, excluding VAT, parking, and travel costs. An IFMS track for one person typically takes 2 hours, with 1 hour for administration and 1 hour for the interview.

If there is a need to establish a fixed amount for the IFMS, it is indeed possible to do so. Please contact us for a quote.

Elsewhere, the cost can be as high as €600-€900 per track per person.

As of January 1, 2019, the IFMS coaching VAT rate is 21%.

Travel costs for on-location coaching are 50 cents per kilometer and are calculated from Amstelveen (according to the Dutch automobile club: ANWB).

We prefer to use video calling with ZOOM and do not travel outside the Netherlands.

We can accommodate financial situations and offer the option of spreading payments in 2 installments.

An IFMS coaching appointment can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours before the appointment, the costs are 50% of the invoice amount (€92,50). Within 24 hours before the appointment, the costs are 100% of the invoice amount (€185,=).

We work throughout the Netherlands and abroad and prefer to use online video coaching via ZOOM.

Applications from abroad are possible and we have clients e.g. in the Netherlands Antilles, in the United Kingdom and in Greece. However, we can oblige clients anywhere in the world.

We recommend doing the 360-degree feedback before you return home (the Netherlands) and asking for feedback at the hospital or clinic where they know you best.

Feedback forms are available in Dutch or English.

Costs for group-FMS and Team Coaching:

The time investment for IFMS and team coaching averages 4 hours, supported by our highly qualified team of 2 experts. Our rates are competitive and transparent, with a cost of €1,452.00 euros for 4 hours, including VAT.

With this investment in IFMS and team coaching, you can rest assured of valuable and effective support for your team and organization. We aim to exceed your expectations with our expertise and results.

For team coaching, it's convenient to work on-site, and travel expenses are charged at €0.50 per kilometer, calculated from Amstelveen (according to google maps).

Please note that we do not travel outside of the Netherlands for group IFMS and team coaching.

Cancellation Policy: An IFMS and team coaching appointment can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours in advance. Within 72 hours of the appointment, the cost is €200,=. Within 24 hours of the appointment, the cost is €600,=.
